Yes, we provide a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects on all new HED wheels and components. This covers original materials and craftsmanship for the original owner.
What is your return policy for cycling components?
We accept returns on unused, unmounted items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-built wheels may be subject to a restocking fee.
How do I determine the correct axle compatibility for my bike?

Are HED wheels tubeless compatible?
The majority of our modern rim profiles feature our patented Sonic or Vanquish technology which is fully tubeless-ready. Each product description specifies the recommended tire setup and tape width.
